I know "resaca" means "hangover" as a noun, but how do you say the adjective "hung-over" in Spanish?

That depends on where you are; different countries have different words.

In many places they use "tener resaca". In Venezuela, for example, a hangover is "tener ratón", and they do use ""enratonado", for hung-over.

Muchas gracias! If I had heard "tener ratón" in conversation I would have thought someone was referring to their pet! - Zoochick3, Jan 7, 2012
Wow, I haven't heard that in years. I learned that it came from "tener un ratón en la cabeza". - KevinB, Jan 7, 2012

I love being hungover around my latino friends because it's so fun to express in Spanish! In Colombia hung over = guayabo. So you could say a million things, "Tengo guayabo", "matame guayabo", etc.. In Venezuela (as someone above already mentioned) hung over = ratón. So you could say "Amaneci con el raton" ajaja I hope you find these expressions as fun as I do smile

In Nicaragua it's "estar de goma", or "de goma".
