Simple vocabulary audio files?

I'm looking for some good quality vocabulary audio files that I can download and put on my iPod. I basically want something that is going to say "cerrar... to close... cerrar... to close... pagar... to pay... pagar... to pay" and so on like that. No music, conversations, or bells and whistles, just vocabulary. I'd like to focus on verbs, but any kind of vocabulary files would be helpful. Free is awesome, but I'm not totally unwilling to pay for the right fit. Any suggestions?

Doesn't spanishdict.com have an app? Google translate has an app too.

Great question. I am looking for just this! I don't have a particular focus... verbs, nouns, adjectives, whatever. Just so I can get closer to a few thousand word "working vocabularly" to start speaking to some native speakers! - pacojain, Jan 18, 2012
