Meaning of "hacerlo el vino"

"hacerlo el vin" es lo que no entiendo.
Las circunstancias hacían el ambiente, pero luego durante el lunch, pensó que el ambiente también podía hacerlo el vino.

I believe the meaning of hacerlo el vin means doing the wine or do the wine.
Es muy dificil, pero piensalo es muy correcto! Excellente pregunta!
