Hi,
Are you asking if there is a program to translate Spanish into English?
I'm not aware of any program. If there was, we would have no need to learn another language. Machine translators are usually inaccurate and do not take into account context. Your best bet is to learn Spanish on this website. Or if are serious about looking for some software you may look into Rosetta Stone or any other language learning software.
