Global warming

There are many causes and effects of global warming. Global warming becoming a serious problem that affects everyone. In this essay I will be examining the causes and effects of global warming.

When we look at the causes of global warming the first thing we see is a release of methane gas. Methane is a greenhouse gas and a very dangerous gas to our environment. Another reason for global warming is increasing population. Furthermore a carbon dioxide emission is also a cause of global warming. Carbon dioxide is also the emissions of greenhouse gases. My point is about the way people pollute the environment. All human activities in real life such as using cars, burning fuel result in increasing carbon dioxide emissions.

When we analyze the effects of a carbon dioxide emission we see that higher temperature that allows to ices melt. Another effect of a carbon dioxide emission is spread of disease. Increasing population leads to increase the number of cars which meant more pollution. The increase in population makes the problem worse because we breathe out CO2. In addition the effects of a release of methane gas are climate change. The summer is longer and hotter, the winter is shorter and colder. This leads to habitat change.

In conclusion we can see there are more effects than causes of global warming. The most important effects of global warming are loss of human life. Unless we take steps to tackle the problems caused by global warming we will see more and more illness and death.
