Yo soy un Cuáquero.
Sociedad Religiosa de los Amigos.
En Ingles décimos "Quaker" y "Religious Society of Friends"
¿Son estas traducciones correctas?

Hello Ejs and welcome to the SpanishDict forum 
I think you are almost correct: Sociedad religiosa de amigos
I do not think you need the word los here but I could be wrong
Soy cuáquero You do not need and should not use an article un (a) here Spanish natives do not use articles as often or in the same way as English speaking natives.
Additionally the word Quaker in English is not capitalised in Spanish speaking people who follow different rules for the capitalisation of words.
