In this case incoporarse means to sit up.
Se incorporó con una mano en los riñones.
He sat up with a hand on his kidneys.

If the phrase is complete and there is no other context, then "joined with one hand on the kidneys" is the literal translation. Sounds like an idiom. Any native speakers know what it means?
