como es el
what is it mean

Hello Kanthe, welcome to the Forum.
For future reference, we require proper capitalization, grammar and punctuation on all posts and questions submitted to the Forum.
Your question in particular poses a problem, because this could mean several things depending on context, and how exactly is written. I'll give you a few examples:
"¿Cómo es él"? - What is he like?
"¿Cómo? ¿Es él"? - What, is that him?
"Como es el...." The way he is....
"Como es el...." Since it is him (we're talking about)...
"¿Cómo es? ¿Él?" How is that? Him? (Really??)
As you see, capitalization, punctuation, and the proper placement of accent marks (plus adding some context) can make a huge difference.
