Is this sentence correct? If so, does it mean "What do you want form me?"? Could it also mean "What do you love about me?"? Thanks in advance.

I don't think it could mean the latter:
¿Qué te gusta de mí?
That would be common.

I thought about that construction as well, but I shy away from using gustar when talking about a person because it can be taken wrong. - gringojrf, Jan 4, 2012

Yes. It could mean either depending on context. Without context, my first impression would be "what do you want from me?". However....
Querer is used a lot in Mexico to express love. If you are trying to say "what do you love about me". you could replace "de with "sobre".
