In local spanish radio one of advertisement says some thing like 'dowlave, dowlave, dowlave' and followed by cinco, cinco, cinco ...

What could be this 'dowlave..' ?

I was thinking the same thing as Gekkosan.

What you're probably hearing as "dowlave" is more likely "doble ve," and three in a row would indicate a web address.

This is very hard to guess without more context. Much may depend on exactly where you're hearing this.

My wild guess is that you're probably hearing: "doble-u - doble-u - doble-u", or "www". Most likely some Internet address.
