He is 70 = Tiene 70 años.

70 years old = 70 años de edad.

I am 70 years old. = Tengo setenta años.

You are 70 years old = Tienes setenta años

Tiene setenta anos. Notice after cincuenta, it's not seis-senta but sesenta nor siete-senta but setenta and then ochenta and noventa- voila--- cien! little lesson from one who learned too. I think the funnest number in the whole world is 500 - quinientos.!

This would be "they are 70 years old" or "you all are 70 years old". He/she/you formal would be "tiene setenta años" :D - SonrisaDelSol, Jan 2, 2012
