Que + infinitivo
Escuchaba unas canciones y oyí ejemplos de "que + infinitivo", pero no fueron expresiones de tener/hay que.
- En Heroe por Enrique Iglesias: "Que salvarte a mi mil veces"
- En Habla corazón por Roxette: "A veces pienso que no hay nada que hacer"
Cuando se puede usar que+infinitivo? ¡Gracias a todos!

The second example is a very common construction:
No hay nada que hacer. I believe that, grammatically, there are words implied but not stated, so that the full sentence would be
No hay nada que (alguien puede) hacer.
Here are other examples of the Infinitive preceded by que:
Voy a comprar algo que leer.
Dame algo que hacer.
Te queda mucho que sufrir en este mundo.
As to: Que salvarte a mi mil veces
I would say, lacking more context (the phrase that preceded it, which is important), that it's the same idea - "that (you can do) to save yourself".
I'm not totally certain about this but I think that if the subject does not change you do not have to conjugate the verb after "que". In an example above. Voy a comprar algo que leer. I am going to buy and read. Same subject thus no conjugation required.
