Hi everyone!

I found this video resource on Youtube with basic Spanish pronunciation lessons. Currently there are a total of 55 videos. The speaker is a native from Spain. ( I suppose only our very own Hiedita can confirm that) I Thought it would be a great resource for anyone who is interested. Enjoy!

Hi Gregory-

The link doesn't work at this time. (6 minutes after you posted it)

It seems to be pointing to a personal playlist. But please try to fix the link. We'd love to check it out!

Yes you are correct, it was a playlist under the users page. The link now points to the first video in the series. - Gregory84, Jan 1, 2012

Hi Gregory, thanks for sharing.

Out of interest I have just flicked through the whole 55 lessons. This just emphasises in my own mind how wonderful the 4 Spanish courses are that Paralee made on this website.

Those 55 lessons would teach you absolutely nothing about Spanish. Yes ok, you would know perhaps a couple of hundred totally meaningless words, not in context with how they are used. Great eh!

When you have completed the 4 courses available on this site you are armed with a basic knowledge of more or less the whole structure of the Spanish language. You can then build upon this foundation.

Honestly, I would encourage every beginner, or even lower intermediate, Spanish learner to complete the 4 lessons on this site.

ps - sorry Gregory this is not a dig at you!!! I am just emphasising the difference between free lessons available from here and elsewhere.

Don't worry none taken, I didn't posted it so someone could 'learn' Spanish, but so that they could 'hear' Spanish. - Gregory84, Jan 2, 2012
from a native speaking of Spain. Hopefully it will help some people understand 'basic pronunciation' of words as stated above. - Gregory84, Jan 2, 2012
I don't think the authors intend for anyone to become fluent by any means. And Youtube videos are always free :-D - Gregory84, Jan 2, 2012
