Your brother is el hermano. Sister would be la hermana.

Your mother's sister would be la tía and el marido de la tía sería el tío. [Aunt, Uncle]

Your father's brother is also el tío and his wife would be la tía. [Uncle, Aunt]

Your mother's sister's son/daughter would be el primo/la prima, same thing for your father's brother's son/daughter. [Cousin]
