Time Zones - "Updated"

Question

First of all.....Happy New Year!!

When I first posted this, I had been on SD for about 4-5 hours and noticed the shift in participants and responses depending on on where you are in the WORLD. It was about 1:00 in the morning here in Chicago and I could sense the fall off of USA members and the awakening of those in Europe and other parts of the world and is struck me just how international SD is. A credit to its influence!! So for all of you that are part of the SD family, take note of the time and from where the reponse came from. It is most interesting

Unfortunately, I don't know how to link the the initial post but there were responses from many parts of the world. So if anyone can help out here if needed, it would be much appreciated.

That is a good idea mate for each member to just note down their time

at posting , because I am always wondering why there are these surges

in usage , we have the European surge ,then the American roar ,followed

by a trickle from us down here in the South East. It is now Sunday 1. 01 2012.

1 PM and the weather is just brilliant a calm 34 C or for U S, 94 F.

Forecast for the week , Melbourne can be very changeable.
