Weird Symbols Here: ç
I have tried out a Spanish (Spain, International Sort) keyboard from my (and currently am with some weird letters) and I was wondering if you could find these letters anywhere in Spanish. If so, please tell me.
`` or ` (the accent acts funny because it wants me to hit the key two times to come out with two accents)
ç (what is this letter_)
' (not sure exactly how this accent is supposed to be notated or used, it is right of the zero)
Anyway, this new keyboard is a bit funny and I typed out all the letters and wanted you all to tell me what they mean. Thank you.

ç is called a cedilla. It's not used in modern Spanish, but it was used in Old Spanish. It is still used in Catalan, French and Portuguese, plus some other languages. The same is true of the "backward" accent (accent grave). The "Spanish" keyboard is really a Latin alphabet keyboard.
Cool, thanks guys! ![]()
Unless you need to use characters like the cedilla, I would recommend that you use the US international keyboard layout as the characters match the ones marked on your keyboard rather than having them assigned to a key with a different character printed on it. The é in made using the e key, the ¡ using the ! key, the ¿ using the ? key, etc. That is, unless you have an actual Spanish keyboard.
