Can't find the meaning of "agreño" anywhere. Here's the context in a poem:la piedad de un pájaro agreño/ que en la rama caduca pone el nido. Got any ideas?

Yes, rural type, from the country, agricultural. That sort of thing, I think.. - annierats, Dec 29, 2011

... with the faith of a little country bird, who makes his nest on the bare winter branch..

Something like tha? I'm deducting the meaning from the context as even my old paper dictionary lacks this word.

I don't know, sorry. I guess 100-200 years ago - Acermax, Dec 29, 2011

Como quisiera que el RAE todavía mantuviera palabras "antiguas" en sus registros. :/

Hi 7-7!

Agreño? Not a clue, and it's not in the dictionary, so I guess it must be a regionalism, or something like that.

From the region of Agra, maybe? a vulgarism for agreste?

I don't know, let's see if anyone does.
