In an ad in a newspaper, would "lun a juev" mean Monday through Thursday? If not, what would be correct?

Lun a juev, that's perfect, Monday through Thursday.

Through just makes it a little more clear that it also runs all the way through Thursday, not just up to Thursday. - katydew, Dec 29, 2011

In this case, I would consider "to" and "through" to have the same meaning.

The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday during January.

The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday during January.
