Aléjate on it's own means "move aside" - "move out of the way". (like if an explosion was gonna happen for example).

alejar Aléjate is the informal, reflexive, singular, affirmative, command form of the verb.

Aleja is all of the above. But with the "te" attached it can only be the command form. - gringojrf, Dec 28, 2011

It is in the command form. It depends on the rest f the words.
