what does estamos mean in the phrase estamos siempre muy???

"Estamos" is the nosotros (we) form of the verb "estar" (to be).
yo estoy
tú estás
el/ella/usted estánosotros estamos
vosotros estáis
ellos/ellas/ustedes están

Estamos siempre muy ...by itself does not make sense (at least not to me). We are always very (what?) The what is missing.
Also Estamos is used by its self to mean "We are here", which really should be "Estamos aquí."
