¡Ahora hay que avisar al fontanero!
This expression said in mild annoyance like husband to wife or vice versa to mean (Great!), Now we have to call the plumber!
My question which is the best way to say "have to"?
- hay que
- necesitamos
- tenemos que
I am open to any and all opinions.

I'm not a native speaker but I think like this.
Hay que is a generic impersonal. when the toilet is clogged one must call the plumber.
Necesitamos. We need to call the plumber.
Tenemos que. We have to call the plumber.
So I think between spouses Hay que is not correct but the other two are fine.
