Como se dice "How long have you worked here?" en espanol?
I know when you ask how long have you lived here you can say:"Por quanto tiempo llevas agui?" so when you ask someone how long they have worked here would you say "Por quanto tiempo llevas trabajando aqui"?

Hi!!
That answer is kind of correct, spanish is my mother lenguage and you can't say "Hace dos meses que vivé aquí", the word vivé doesn't even exists (maybe vive without the written accent, in present tense).
Spanish is a manageable lenguage because you can put the words in almost any position you want and the sentence will always means the same... A difference with English.
E.g. ¿Cuánto tiempo llevan trabajando aqui? / ¿Llevan trabajando aquí cuánto tiempo? / ¿Aquí llevan trabajando cuánto tiempo?.
All that means "How long have they worked here?". And stuff like that, but make sure to keep ¨cuánto tiempo¨ together.
You also can say it the way you think it is: ¨¿Por cuánto tiempo llevan trabajando aquí"
So after all that, the best way to ask that is: "¿Cuánto tiempo han trabajado aquí?"
"Hace" and "que" are useful words when talking about time. For example, you could say:
"Hace dos meses que vivo aquí." (I have lived here for 2 months)
"Hace dos meses que vivé aquí" (I lived here two months ago)
And to answer your question more specifically, you can say "Cuánto tiempo hace que trabaja(s) aquí."
