I confess I get wrapped around some trivial points, but at times I find that it makes a significant translation difference. So my question today -- what is the difference between de una manera coordinada (with una) and de manera coordinada (without una)? I think that in both cases de is translated as in as in a coordinated manner/way. Here is the context of the sentence from Univision.com that sparked this question:

"Indicó que por el delito de homicidio y la naturaleza de los hechos, se estableció la comunicación pertinente con las autoridades competentes de las procuradurías General de la República (PGR) y General de Justicia de Veracruz, con objeto de actuar de manera coordinada."

It sounds more normal 'de manera coordinada', though I think both are gramatically correct. They mean the same.
