Need help rrrrolling my RRRs!

Please post good Trabalenguas (tongue-twisters) 
to help me learn to roll my RRs!
My friends in Cuba sent me this one for starters:
R con R cigarro, R con R barril, Rápido corren los carros, Cargados de azúcar al ferrocarril.

My spanish conversation teacher told us in class that english word pretty makes the rolled r sound. The r in pretty is rolled.
