Buenos días. ¿Cómo está?
Día is masculine and requires a tilde on the "i"; "como" means something different than “cómo” and “esta” means something different than “está”.

Welcome to the forum. Oddly enough, día is a masculine noun, so it would be:
Buenos días. ¿Cómo está?
Estoy bien. ¿Y usted?
