Belenes, Nacimientos y Pesebres (Nativity Scenes)

I visited a wonderful exhibition of Nativity scenes at the Museo del Convento de San Francisco in Quito. They were inspired by different traditions and cultures.
I especially loved the Peruvian scenes. What's the tradition in YOUR country?

Live nativity scenes are becoming quite prevalent at churches in the U.S. (even if there is snow in the scene).
