Ok Christmas is just about all over for me all I have to do is clean myself up
( I scrub up quite well for an anciano ) and go next door for a "gay and hearty'
there will be some of your soap favourites there I might strike it lucky and
sweep up a desperate sheila in need of T L C . But here I am on SD so I was
wondering as is my wont , does Christmas day really sort out the truly fanatical
Spanishdictahollicks from the also-rans ? I have noticed a few desperate
characters but not the " usual suspects" so have the holidays sorted out the
Aficionados from the run of the mill ,Quien es aquí hoy y alla mañana.
Perhaps by the time that Uncle Arthur has told the same old joke he has
told for the past 50 years , Aunty Maud has caught out Hubby groping the
visiting chorister , and the kids are driving you to drink with their constant
squabbles, and how much "white christmas do you want to eat" you have
already gone up 2 dress sizes , maybe then we will see a trickle of the old
tried and trusted favourites , Heidis " usual susspects" and then SD will start to
bubble and ferment as few human ingrediants can except here on SD..
Come back I forgive your indulgences , I will even forgive the red stains down
the front of your Christian Lacroix or Pier Balmain, Just get into the word of the day , and where is the piccy of the day ? Once you start you will remember how to do it

I am sick now.
This is only part of the food I had to eat last night, o m g, 
The dinner is at about 10pm here in Spain, we ate non-stop till about 12...so you can imagine the amount of food.
then the turrones of course and champagne and "copas", jeeeeeeeeeeez, we never seem to stop eating.
Christmas eve here. Ray, I knew you were a die hard. Hec, I couldn't stay away . Well I have my beliefs ,but it is just another day. No sheilas here ,so I am lonely and down and out....... Merry Christmas all and Buena suerte.

Well, it's still Christmas here for us, but I know what you mean. It would be great to see some of the old timers back. The winter is here for us and maybe that will bring out the urge for Spanish. But in the mean time, we have a great new group of addicts here. Let's send some PM's to some of our old friends. They might just stop in. And we are so grateful for the awesome participation of all our new friends on the forum.
Thank you Sandy that was very remiss of me not to acknowledge all the
newbies that have come along over the past few months they have been
astounding, throwing themselves in at the deep end with gay abandon ,
I do hope " Gay Abandon " did not mind. But seriously folks it is just fantastic
to have a new crop of Spanishdictaholiks to learn with and have a great deal of
fun along the way , so thank you Sandy for reminding me, the old grey cells
are not what they used to be.
