What is the meaning of bumanguesa in Colombian Spanish?
I can not understand this sentance; 'Una menor bumanguesa murió en Bogotá como consecuencia de una falla hepática tras ingerir pólvora'

Bucaramanga is a city in Colombia and if you're from there then you're bumanguesa 
- adj. Natural de Bucaramanga. U. t. c. s.
- adj. Perteneciente o relativo a esta ciudad de Colombia.
