'Quedo de ti' is a kind of sign-off in a message, like 'sincerely' or 'best wishes', but it means something else. What does it mean?

This is just an educated guess, while we are waiting for someone more knowledgeable to weigh in.

Quedo is the first person sing. present tense of quedar "to remain."

De can indicate possession of.

Ti is "you."

So "Quedo de ti" could mean "I remain yours," similar to "yours truly" sometimes shortened to "Yours" in English.
