How can I use the word "yapa"?

Hola
I found the word yapa in the dictionary, the meaning that was given is:
A thing or quantity which the seller presents to the buyer. (f)
But still I do not how can I use it through a sentence or phrase. Can anybody give me a sentence or phrase?

additional meaning:
- f. amer. Añadidura, regalo que hace el vendedor al comprador.
- de yapa loc. adv. amer. Por añadidura.
- amer. Gratuitamente, sin motivo.
Like a baker's dozen of donuts...the 13th one is thrown in for free.
