The door is wearing the upper part away.

La puerta está rozando la parte de arriba, (por eso no cierra bien).
The door is rubbing/skimming the upper part, (tha't why it doesn't close well).
I hope it helps. Correct my English, please.

Try adjusting the hinges. Especially if this door is on a vehicle.
Building door:
If that doesn't work (and the door is wooden) try your wood plane and some wax. Put a level on the top of the door frame and see if it has settled (or bowed) over time.
