Hmmm like Jere says that is not a Spanish word - here are some options for the words you mentioned though 
Effortless - sin esfuerzo, natural, fluido
Effective - eficaz, efectivo
Exciting - emocionante, apasionanate, fascinante
Useless - inútil

Could you conceivably mean eificaz? Eñcaz isn't a Spanish word. I don't think you can even follow ñ with c.
Eficaz on the other hand means effective or efficient, maybe even effortless in the sense of efficient.
