They are telling her to train, and say "debes hacer diez lagartijas". They clearly mean pushups.

Small lizard, pushup. Same thing? because if it is I'm missing something. Gracias.

¡Hola Jeezzle! You obviously haven't watched enough nature shows wink. I'm guessing that push-ups are nicknamed lagartijas because of this peculiar habit of lizards.

Yes. Lagartija = Press-up, push-up.
