Background information: This is portion in the story where the girl is lost. She is uncertain what she should do now. She asks her self a the question " What do I do"

Attempt 2:
Attempt 3: Que pasaré ahora
What sounds best? ¿Cual es lo mejor escrito?

I agree with Xicotillo, but a very common variation is "¿Y ahora qué hago?"
