Of course, I'm not a native speaker and so this is likely not a perfect translation, but, ah, can I offer you some advice?
First, your writing is rather disorganized. For example, you jump straight from your annoying neighbor (and, by the way, I feel your pain) to eating dinner with a teacher. You need to have some sort of logical connection between sentences in a paragraph.
Second, stop using sentence fragments! You need to use verbs. "At twelve thirty at night" is not a sentence and tells your readers nothing. However, if you say, "my horribly annoying neighbor was noisily making coffee at twelve thirty at night," your readers will know exactly what made that neighbor so annoying.
Beware of false cognates! Asistir means "to attend," not "to assist."
You need to straighten out the differences between ser, estar, and haber. I'm sure that you can find podcasts on the internet that explain those differences better than I ever could, so I'll leave it to them.
Querer is irregular in the conditional.
Use gustar and encantar when you like or love things or when you would like to do something, not querer or amar.
