Bacilar in popular music
Alot of the reggaeton I've been listening to uses the verb "bacilar". ex (No quiere novio, quiere bacilar na mas. Tego Calderon)
In the song it means to have fun/mess around. Does this word only have a sexual connotation with it or can it be used for informally hanging out/chilling with someone you've met and wouldn't mind dating a bit? ex (Quieres bacilar conmigo circa la ciudad hoy?)

¡Hola!, PA_Surfiador:
I do not think the word you are hearing is 'bacilar' because according to the RAE dictionary, this word has to do with bacilli (microbes).
Remember that in Spanish, 'b' and 'v' are pronounced the same. I think what you are hearing must be 'vacilar'. Look here for its meaning:
in the RAE dictionary ----> Vacilar
in a Spanish to English dictionary ----> Vacilar.
