Welcome to the forum . Is that your final question or is there some hidden meaning to this post? Please edit the incorrect spelling. - Yeser007, Dec 15, 2011
Apparently not yet, because you misspelled "too." I fixed it. Keep coming back! - JoyceM, Dec 15, 2011

Apparently the answer to your question is "no," since as already pointed out, it's too and not to.

But not to worry; we all have room for further learning.

What is too smart? Between the ages of 13 to 18 I was way too smart. I went to college and suddenly I was not so smart. I graduated, too smart again. Got a job, you guessed it, not so smart. After years on the job, again smart. Became a father, no chance of ever being too smart again!

Being "Smart" is relative. If you give a definition for the term, possibly your question can be realistically answered.
