I suggest doing it yourself and then asking if your answers are correct.
Pertains to sentences 2 & 3.
The periphrasis for "to have to" is tener+que+verb infinitive.
Verb infinitives do not reflect, person, mood, or tense (they are impersonal or non-finite forms of the verb). If you changed them into some other form of the verb...say the past or present participle, then you would not be using ...+verb infinitive
In short, do not change to form of the verb after que from the infinitive. Change the form of Tener to show tense, mood, person or aspect (e.g. continuous tense), etc.
