I have learned two ways:

If you are talking about a masculine thing (un carro):

Lo reparé.

Lo arreglé.

A feminine thing (una bicicleta):

La reparé.

La arreglé.

Welcome to the forum Meralon smile

You have received some good suggestions so far, another way is to use the perfect tense, lo (or la) he arreglado - you use this especially if your fixing it has relevance to the present moment. Eg if someone says "hey wasn't your bike broken" but you're sitting on it, riding it, then you could say 'sí pero la he arreglado' (yes but I've fixed it) smile
