Does Spanish have the form re?

I wonder whether Spanish have the forms like re, en, im like English? for example rewrite, reread, impossible, enfold...etc?

Yes, but not in the same words that you find in English. For example. ¡El reencuentro!, Voy a remodelar mi cocina, Voy a renacer después de esta experiencia, etc. If you want to say "Re-write" or "Re-read", you would say. "Volver a escribir", "Volver a leer"

As I understand it, for 're' usually a verb like 'volver' is used. For example, volver a escribir, volver a leer, volver a entrar, volver a hacer algo.

For 'im' no problem - there's the word 'imposible.' But is 'im' really an actual form in English?

For 'en' I don't know that there's any rule. For example, enfold can be envolver, but encourage is animar. You'll have better luck finding patterns with 'un' and 'dis' words, like undo, ungrateful, untie, and disappear, discourage, disloyal (deshacer, desagradecido, desatar, desaparecer, desanimar, desleal).

But as always, beware of the exceptions with this form, too

"im" is really "in" (a common prefix for negation) but the pronunciation changes to "im" because of the following bilabial consonant ('p'). - samdie, Dec 15, 2011

Yes, but they don't always mean what you would expect from the perspective of English (re in particular can mean something else)--of course, the prefixes in English often make no sense: flammable vs. inflammable.
