Sé que has empezado a estudiar español recientemente. I know that you have started recently to study Spanish.
Thank you

There is only one error that might not seem like a mistake to an English person but it truely isn't grammatically correct..... Usually, Spanish adverbs are placed at the beginning of a senence(if it modifies the entire sentence) or after a verb cluster(I'll explain) but never at the end of a sentence like we usually do in English
Sé que has empezado a estudiar español recientemente= MAL
Recientemente, he empezado a estudiar español= BUENO
Sé que recientemente has empezado a estudiar español= CORRECTO
Lo he hecho recientemente = OPCIONAL(but never after nouns)
