translate localisms?

I HAVE A book coming up and within it lots of localisms appear. The book is in English but the localisms contain lots of Spanish. Should I make a translation list and place them at the end of the book? I see that no such thing is done in the great book Teh Brief and Wondrous Life of Oscar W.

Any thoughts?

I think it depends who your audience is... If they are bilingual it would be unnecessary, but if you want the book to be accessible to a broader group of people it would probably help to have some kind of translations provided. You might also want to consider using footnotes or inline translations so that readers won't have to flip to the back each time they encounter an unfamiliar localism.
