I think it would be:

Deseo que fuera/s aquí

= I wish that you were (being) here.

I think you could also say:

Quiero que fuera/s aquí

o

Ojalá (que) fuera/s aquí

= If only you were here

This construction uses the imperfect subjunctive: fuera (Ud) or fueras (tú)
