Que significa La Vuelta

Hola amigos, ¿como estan? ahora he leido una noticia desde El Tiempo para practicar leer Español. he encontrado una oración;
'La figura del equipo capitalino fue Eric Moreno, quien marcó dos goles. El miércoles, la vuelta.'
pero no entiendo que significa la ultima palabra 'la vuelta' aqui? Ayúdame por favor.

Hi:
Are they playing out of town? If the answer is yes then they'll be back home on Wednesday.
The verb to go (ir) gives la ida
The verb to go back (volver) gives la vuelta.
When you buy a ticket you can ask: Un billete de ida y vuelta, por favaor.

Maybe it's round games first one team plays in home and then makes a visit to the other team
