I have a skit to do in class, does this make sense?

Hi, I have to do a skit with my partner in class and was wondering if someone could tell me if this skit makes sense and is using proper grammer. I have to write it on the proper etiquette for Spanish, its supposed to be 5 minutes long and I think I only got about half that lol. You are welcome to add a few sentences to the script or to recommend some changes. Thanks in advance. I have a list of 10 golden rules listed below that I am writing about.

421 La Netiquette (Etiquette)

• 1) Keep in mind that other side of your screen is a real human being with its own ideas and feelings. Never write anything that I would not say face to face with another person.
  • 2) Keep your statements brief and to the point.
  • 3) Do not send a long distribution list attached as graphics files. The correct procedure is to put them somewhere in the network and send the URL to the list so that interested parties can access them.
  • 4) When answering a message, leave an appointment so that you know what you are referring to you, but please, cut out everything else.
  • 5) Never answer an e-mail when angry or upset.
  • 6) Be careful with personal information or private. Do not send a distribution list data from other people, such as address or telephone number.
  • 7) Make sure you are sending your email to the correct recipient before pressing the button "Send".
  • 8) Capital letters can be used to replace or to emphasize accents, but do not write in all caps, as this network is interpreted as that! YOU ARE SHOUTING!
  • 9) Do not use a distribution list to promote or advance religious causes, philosophical, political, commercial or promote your own site.
  • 10) If you receive a warning about a virus that spreads by email or something similar, do not write to its distribution list to alert all members. Most likely is that this is one of many hoaxes that abound on the net. Notify administrators only to the list and they investigate.
