Como se dice "eggs over easy" en espanol?
My boy-friend and I go to a Mexican restaurant once a week. I usually get Chilaquiles or Enchiladas. But when I get Chilaquiles, I don't know how to say "eggs over easy", "sunny-side up", all mean "very runny". I like'em runny. So how do I say this? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Gracias =D

Eggs over easy ..... huevos estrellados
very runny ...... tiernos/tiernitos
Fried eggs ....... huevos fritos
Scrambled eggs ...... huevos revueltos
How do you say it in (British) English???
boiled egg - un huevo cocido fried egg - un huevo estrellado scrambled eggs - los huevos revueltos
over easy- try un huevo media crudo como mi bistec
You could try
huevos suave fritos.
Chilaquiles - what a great breakfast. Riquísimo. When I was staying in Mexico the grandmother in my house was named Queli. She was famous for her
"Chilaquelis".
