My boy-friend and I go to a Mexican restaurant once a week. I usually get Chilaquiles or Enchiladas. But when I get Chilaquiles, I don't know how to say "eggs over easy", "sunny-side up", all mean "very runny". I like'em runny. So how do I say this? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Gracias =D

Eggs over easy ..... huevos estrellados

very runny ...... tiernos/tiernitos

Fried eggs ....... huevos fritos

Scrambled eggs ...... huevos revueltos

I mean cooking an egg is pretty easy no matter be it boiled, fried, scrambled or whatever, can't imagine what 'too easy' would be like, maybe I should buy 'Cooking eggs for dummies'... - afowen, Dec 10, 2011

You could try

huevos suave fritos.

Chilaquiles - what a great breakfast. Riquísimo. When I was staying in Mexico the grandmother in my house was named Queli. She was famous for her

"Chilaquelis".
