Two basic verbs with same meaning but different uses
What are the difference between ser and estár? Both of them have the same meaning as to be but I don't know when to use ser and when to use estár. Please answer them as soon as you can. Thank you!!!

Not that it's estar not estár because all words that end in R are supposed to have the stress on the last syllable, and it does, therefore there's no reason to put an accent there because it doesn't break any rules
