I would like to know how say sentences like All in all it is , All in all it was, All in all it is just another... and so on.

I say:
En todo caso, es así. (All in all, that's the way it is.)
En todo caso, solo es otro .... (All in all it is just another....)
En general, las cosas salieron bastante bien. (All in all, things turned out quite well.)
