You could say:
Me gustaría reservar un vuelo de ......... a ......
= I would like to book a flight from ............to...........
o
Me gustaría comprar un billete para volar de ...... a .......
= I would like to buy a ticket to fly from ...... to.....
A simpler way for you may be to say: Quiero reservar un billete para volar de a........ I want to book a flight from ............... to..........
or even simpler: Quiero un billete de ........a............
= I want a ticket from ........... to.............
¿Aceptan las tarjetas de débito? = Do you accept debit cards? or better still:
¿Aceptan la tarjeta de crédito ...(then name your particular card)...........
¿Cuántas horas se tiene que llegar al aeropuerto antes de embarcarse?
How early (lit:How many hours) do you have to arrive at the airport before boarding?
