how do you spell Frank Jackson in spanish
a name

Franco Jackson. That said I have friends from other countries and I have visited other places, and in my opinion your name is your name and never changes.
Example my friend of more than 20 years José is José and not Joe. He, of course, does not get upset if called Joe, he is not thin skinned. His sister delights in calling me José, although my name is Joe. Just a little bit of fun on her part and I love her for that.
On the other hand some people may be more comfortable changing their name when in other countries, My friend Sadiq sometimes goes by Bob (it does not translate, Sediq is not Bob in English). I have no idea why he does that I just think he is having a little fun at not living up to his name. (Sadiq means sincere).
Frank, welcome to the forum. First you have to remember to use proper capitalization and punctuation at all times on this forum as it is a learning site for both Spanish and English. As for your name I would spell it like this: Frank Jackson. Oh look at that! It's spelled the same. jejeje Actually a name is a name and what you call yourself at home is the same everywhere. Are there Spanish equivalents? Yes, of course, but not to all names. I believe Paco might be the equivalent for Frank although there wouldn't be any for a surname.
